At Menu Printing Direct, we are proud of our products and services and stand behind them. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your menu order. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, please call our customer service team 01792 704880 within 10 working days of receipt of your order, and we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue for you.

We are committed to high quality standards, including printing, trimming, and finishing. However, there are some things beyond our control which are not covered by this guarantee:

We print to exacting ISO Colour standards. However, due to variances in viewing equipment we cannot be responsible for colour variation between PDF screen proofs and the final printed job. If your job is colour critical, we highly recommend ordering a hard copy proof for colour matching purposes. If you believe the color for your job is non-compliant, our experienced production team will evaluate it for accuracy and a reprint will be issued if the job is out of tolerance. We will not be responsible for reprinting due to customer errors, including but not limited to: spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors; inferior quality or low-resolution images; design or colour errors introduced by the customer; incorrect orientation or incorrect layout for folding, etc. We will reprint orders that are damaged in transit, but we must have photographs of the damage and the package must be signed for as damaged in order to make a claim with the haulier. We are not responsible for delays or missed shipments caused by delivery to the wrong address or undeliverable packages caused by the customer.


What else?

This guarantee is limited to the reprint of the original order quantity and does not cover any damages or claims incurred by you or your business if you receive printed materials which are defective, incomplete, or later than your estimated delivery date.
This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing services or postage or associated incidental damages or claims. We are not responsible for courier errors, including loss or delay. For further information on delivery services terms and conditions, click here.

Menu Printing Direct will match the advertised price of any print job from any other online printer. Here are a few things you should know:

  • All specs, including shipping method, must be the same.
  • Price match must be inclusive of delivery.
  • Jobs must be quoted on sheet-fed offset litho presses.
  • We'll need to know the URL for the competitor's website, for verification purposes.
  • We reserve the right to decline any job that doesn't fit within our business model.
  • We will price match up to 7 days.



How do you receive the matching price?
When you find another site online that offers the same products for a lower price, give us a call. A friendly customer service team member will take your job specs and competing site information. We'll advise when your job has been approved for price matching.

What if I find the lower price after I've placed my order?

If you find a lower price including delivery on the same job within 7 days of placing your order with Menu Printing Direct, please call us on 01792 704880 with all your information. We will confirm the printing, finishing and shipping options are the same, then refund the difference to you.

We are so sure that we will despatch your order on time, that we are proud to offer an un-matched On-Time Guarantee.

What does this mean to you?
This means that once your job passes artwork verification, your job will be despatched on the estimated ship date. See Delivery Times.
If there is a problem with your artwork, your job will be placed on hold and your despatch date will be affected. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs, Menu Printing Direct is not obligated to expedite jobs that are on hold due to problems with your artwork.

The On-Time Guarantee covers production turnaround only.

What if your job ships late?
If we ship your job late, Menu Printing Direct will upgrade the shipping, at no additional cost to you, in order to meet the arrival date you would have had if your order were to have shipped on time. If this is not possible, Menu Printing Direct will refund you the difference between the turnaround time you ordered and the actual turnaround time.
This guarantee is limited to a shipping upgrade or turnaround time refund and does not cover any damages or claims incurred by you or your business if you receive printed materials which are incomplete or later than your estimated delivery date.
